Our concept is to build a practically designed 3 bed, 3 bath pool villa in a great location using only quality methods and materials at the best possible price.
The single level design offers more privacy than a two level house, and is easier to keep cool. The living/ dining rooms and master bedroom surround the pool and have large sliding doors to allow freedom of movement as well as air flow. The villas are a practical size with large bedrooms and a really nice kitchen, but will not cost too much to maintain. The idea is to get the most out of the villa without leaving a giant carbon footprint.
